We offer both digital and physical products. Shipping times and methods vary based on the type of product you purchase.
📦 Physical Products
Most physical items (e.g., print-on-demand apparel or accessories) are fulfilled by third-party partners and ship directly from their facilities.

Processing Time: 2–5 business days

Shipping Time (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination
Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
📥 Digital Products
All digital products (PDFs, printables, templates, etc.) are delivered instantly by email or via download link after purchase. You will not receive a physical item.
If you have any trouble accessing your digital files, please email us at designwelldone.com@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
📦 Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Please include your order number and a photo if applicable.
🌍 International Orders
Customs, duties, and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
